What: A visit from Santa, holiday cookies, and a tree decorating contest

The Borough of Wildwood Crest is set to host the first Create in the Crest Holiday Jubilee on Sunday, Dec. 10, from noon to 2 p.m. at the Crest Arts Pavilion located at 6301 Ocean Avenue.
Attendees to this free event are encouraged to wear their favorite ugly holiday sweater and view and vote upon entries into the mini tree-decorating contest. The event will also include hot chocolate and cookies, a visit from Santa Claus and a meet and greet with Dorothy Kulisek, the featured artist of the event. Attendees can also decorate ornaments for the Crest community beach tree, which will be placed at the Heather Road beach next to Wildwood Crest Beach Pier.
Attendees are also encouraged to bring an unwrapped toy for donation to the annual Lunch With Lynch Toy Drive.
The Create in the Crest Holiday Jubilee is being hosted by the Wildwood Crest Creative Arts Council with support from the Wildwood Crest Recreation Department.
Decorated mini holiday trees will be on display at the Crest Arts Pavilion from Monday, Dec. 4, through Saturday, Dec. 30. In addition to the day of the event, the Crest Arts Pavilion is open 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, excluding holidays.
