Fall is in full swing, and with that comes colored leaves, cooler weather and of course, pumpkins! It’s only natural that we welcome the season with a drink that celebrates everyone’s favorite fall flavor, which is why we chose the Pumpkin Martini from Elaine’s as this week’s drink of the week.
Bartender Lindsey whipped this one up for us using seasonal liquors including caramel vodka and three different types of pumpkin spice liqueur. She then poured the creamy mixture into a martini glass with a raw sugared rim, added a sprinkle of freshly ground nutmeg, topped it with whipped cream and garnished it with a cinnamon stick. The outcome was sweet, spicy and smooth, and the perfect festive cocktail to toast to fall!
