What better place to search for this week’s drink of the week than Avalon’s favorite nightlife hotspot? After entering The Princeton’s beautiful brick building, taking a seat at the sprawling marble-top bar, and glancing over the extensive cocktail menu, we decided on a summertime favorite among Princeton patrons. A few pours and shakes later, we were presented with a sleek martini glass filled to the brim with our featured cocktail, the P-Cosmo.
The P-Cosmo is made with Tito’s vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice and fresh squeezed lime juice. Refreshing citrus is the main taste in this bright pink concoction, along with a hint of sweetness from the cranberry juice, and of course a nice kick of smooth vodka. Finished off with a lime garnish, this cosmo is simply pleasing to both the eye and palate.
