This week’s drink of the week is no tricks, and all treats! In the Caramel Appletini from Menz Restaurant & Bar, the rich taste of caramel mingles with sour green apple, reflecting a classic duo of Halloween flavors.
Bartender John made this faBOOlous cocktail for us by first rimming the martini glass with caramel. Next, he combined vodka, sour apple pucker and a dash of butterscotch schnapps over ice, shook it up, and poured the pale green mixture into the glass. Smooth and sweet and subtly tart, the Caramel Appletini is scary good!
