The Wildwoods Host ‘Monsters on the Beach’ Monster Truck Beach Races Sept. 27-29

The thrill and exhilaration of monster truck racing comes to the Wildwoods’ award-winning FREE beaches Friday, Sept. 27 through Sunday, Sept. 29 with ‘Monsters on the Beach’ Monster Truck Beach Races presented by Wildwood Motor Events. Be prepared for an action-packed weekend that will be sure to entertain the entire family.

Join us for a weekend of intense thrills as massive monster trucks race along the shoreline and fly through the air on a custom beach track between Mariner’s Landing and Adventure Pier. There’s no dome or arena to limit the range of these monster trucks, allowing them to go as high, as fast and as loud as they can!

Headlining trucks for 2019 include the returning 2018 “Beast Of The Beach” Cory Rummell with RAGE, competing to maintain his title! RAGE will be competing against seven other headlining trucks including Jim Koehler with Avenger, father and son-duo Matt and Nick Pagliarulo with JESTER and KRAKEN, Dave Radzierez with XDP XTREME DIESEL, Brandon Budd with BUCKSHOT, and Como Racing’s Eddie and Ryan Como with RAT NASTY and ANGER MANAGEMENT.

Friday night kicks off the weekend with Monster Mash, a family-friendly monster truck block party! Fans have the unique opportunity to meet the monster truck drivers and have photos taken with the drivers and famous headlining trucks. The monstrous trucks will be on display at the Crest Pier, 5800 Ocean Avenue in Wildwood Crest, with family-fun activities for all ages including a face painter, bounce house, DJ and food trucks! There will also be monster truck rides available so that fans can experience the thrill of a real ride! Visitors can also race in Schreiber’s Race Zone RC cars on their custom-built track. Monster Mash will be held from 6-9 p.m. Admission is FREE. Some experiences such as RC racing and monster truck rides will require a purchased ticket.

Saturday, September 28 features races at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m., including exciting intermission entertainment and 25 Tuff Trucks racing throughout the day. Sunday, September 29 features a final deciding race at 1 p.m., after which the 2019 “Beast Of The Beach” will be named.

Online general admission tickets are $25 for adults and $15 for children ages 4 to 12. Children 3 and under receive free admission. Multi-day ticket packages are also available for both adults and children. Gates will open one hour before the start time of each race and the event will take place rain or shine. Monster Truck Beach Races are handicap accessible.
