Due to inclement weather, this event has been postponed until Sunday, September 1 from 2-5 p.m. More details to come!

This year marks the Love of Linda Cancer Fund’s 25th anniversary.  To celebrate, the fund is holding a Family Fun Beach Fest at The Club at Diamond Beach on Friday, August 23 from 6-9 p.m.  There will be a DJ, pony rides, carnival games, raffles and more. There is a suggested $5 donation at the door and tickets will be available for purchase for the various activities.  Food and drink will also be available for purchase.

Since its inception, Love of Linda has given over $2.1 million and has helped over 3,000 Cape May County cancer patients.  Originally called For the Love of Linda, the organization was started by friends and coworkers of Linda Bickel Grassi, a Wildwood Crest native, and Glenwood Avenue Elementary School teacher, when she was diagnosed with Stage IV ovarian cancer. Sadly, Linda passed away in 1994 at the young age of 46, but her legacy continued.

Love of Linda is largely supported by memorials, donations, and fundraisers held by people and organizations on its behalf.
