The John Walter Band Offers Free Holiday Concerts

Dr. John Curtis, music director of the John Walter Band, the Community Concert Band of Cape May County, New Jersey, is pleased to announce “A Holiday Celebration,” the 23rd annual free Holiday Concert Series.

Over 50 full and part-time musicians perform with this amazing band including students from area schools, former music educators, retirees, and business professionals. This year, the Band will perform outdoor concerts at the Cape May County Park and Zoo and in Wildwood, at the Byrnes Plaza as part of a Special Holiday program.

Concert dates and times:

November

30^th – 5 p.m. – Cape May Park and Zoo -Tree Lighting Ceremony 

December

1^{st –} 4:30 p.m. – Cape May Park and Zoo Holiday Party 

1^{st –} 7 p.m. – Performing Arts Center PAC * 

3^{rd –} 7 p.m. – Ocean City Library *  

7^{th –} 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. – Bryne Plaza – Wildwood

7^{th –} 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. – Bryne Plaza – Wildwood

10^{th –} 7 p.m. – The Shores at Wesley Manor – Ocean City 

17^{th –} 7 p.m. – Saint John Neumann Parish Hall – Town Bank * 

*Collecting non-perishable items for local shelters and foodbanks
