The Southern New Jersey Coast Guard Ball will be reopening its doors to the public on Saturday, April 27, 2019. Military balls are typically private affairs filled with pomp, glamour, and exclusivity. This is an opportunity for the public to partake first hand in this exclusive gala.
The guests will have the pleasure of hearing from Master Chief Petty Officer of the Coast Guard, Jason M. Vanderhaden, who will serve as the keynote speaker for the evening.
In addition, the United States Coast Guard Ceremonial Honor Guard will perform, allowing all attendees to witness a phenomenal one-of-a-kind performance.
The Ball will take place at the Wildwoods Convention Center, beginning at 6 p.m. The night’s events will begin with a cocktail hour, featuring a cash bar and appetizers. Dinner and military formalities will commence at 7 p.m.
The night will conclude with dancing and music, provided from local DJ “Denny Oh.
The Ball attire is Black Tie and tickets are $85 each, which includes two drinks from the bar. Tickets may be purchased online at www.coastguardcommunity.org.
