The Beach Bumz Perform Free Beach Concert at Cape May Convention Hall Aug. 22

From the surf music of the Beach Boys to the island-inspired favorites of Jimmy Buffett, the Beach Bumz perform everyone’s favorite summer songs. The beach tribute band brings the sounds of paradise to the Cape May beach in a free concert on Wednesday, Aug. 22. The show takes place on the deck of Cape May Convention Hall, 714 Beach Ave., Cape May, beginning at 6 p.m. In the event of rain, the concert will take place inside Convention Hall.

“Summer is still in full swing, and the free beach concert is a great opportunity for everyone in Cape May to relax and celebrate in a festive, family-friendly atmosphere,” said Clarence “Chuck” Lear, Mayor of the City of Cape May. “We invite all of our residents and visitors to bring a beach chair and enjoy the music, the salt air and the wonderful ocean views.”

For more than 15 years, the Baltimore-based Beach Bumz have been entertaining fans on the East Coast. Whether performing a Bob Marley classic or a one-hit wonder beach song, the Beach Bumz bring energy and excitement to each of their shows.
