The Atlantic Brass Band Kicks off 28th Annual Cape May Music Festival

Fresh from winning the 2017 Championship at The North American Brass Band Association (NABBA) Competition in March, the Atlantic Brass Band, a long-time Cape May favorite, will perform in a free outdoor concert at Rotary Park Bandstand, Lafayette Street and Lyle Lane, Cape May, on Sunday, May 28 at 7 p.m., kicking off the 28th Annual Cape May Music Festival. The extraordinary 35-piece Atlantic Brass Band, based at Rowan University in Glassboro, is an authentic British-style brass band and has consistently won international competitions and entertained countless audiences throughout the Delaware Valley since 1984. The band is comprised of professional musicians, professors, educators and community members. The Atlantic Brass Band will present a rousing concert of American music, perfect for a Memorial Day weekend celebration.
