The Tabernacle United Methodist Women sponsored their 3rd Annual Chili Cook-Off on Saturday, Feb. 27. Area churches and folks in the community were all invited to “Eat or Compete” in an afternoon of chili tasting and judging. Of course it wouldn’t be complete without cornbread and chili dogs! Congratulations to the Chili Cook-Off winners (pictured L-R): Joey Rusinko Jones – Best Veggie Chili, Victor Merrill – Best Sweet Chili, Tim & Lynn Jefferis – Best Overall Chili, and Ron Menear – Best Hot Chili.
