Join The Wetlands Institute for a day filled with Crabulous fun and see just how much you can learn about crabs! Crabulous Crab Day will be held Friday, July 22, 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., at The Wetlands Institute, 1075 Stone Harbor Blvd., Stone Harbor. Enjoy a day filled with crab-themed activities and a few special appearances by Crabby Scute, the ‘Tute Terrapin. Participate in activities to earn Krabby Dollars that can be redeemed for prizes!
On the program are Crabby Crafts and Games, Crabbing Tips and Tricks, Crab Cake Cook-off featuring entries from local restaurants, Meet the Crabs Teaching Tank, You Pick Crabbing Tournament and Crab Olympics. All-day activities include Fiddler Crab Races, I Spy Game – Crab Edition, Fiddler Crab Showdown, Crabby Bag Toss, Assorted Crabby Crafts, Mr. Krab’s Prize Shack and Meet the Crabs Teaching and Touch Tank. And don’t forget to get your official Crab Day T-Shirt!
