THE WILDWOODS – Wine and dine in some of the Wildwoods’ finest restaurants during the Wildwoods first October Restaurant Week Sunday, Oct. 8 through Friday, Oct. 13 presented by the Wildwood Restaurant Association and sponsored in part by the Greater Wildwoods Tourism Improvement and Development Authority (GWTIDA). It’s an opportunity to visit a new restaurant you’ve been meaning to try or revisit one of your old favorites.
Many of the Wildwoods’ top restaurants will participate in Restaurant Week – each offering a complete four-course meal including appetizer, salad, entrée and dessert for only $30 plus tax and gratuity. It’s recommended to call ahead to confirm a reservation.
“Our first two Restaurant Weeks were so successful this season, and many of our fine restaurants remain open throughout the fall season, so we’re hosting a fall finale event to give our visitors one more opportunity to experience the great dining options we have here in the Wildwoods,” said Brenden Schiarra, president of the Wildwoods Restaurant Association.
The summer vacation season may have ended, but the Wildwoods are as exciting as ever this fall with major events and festivals happening every weekend. The Greater Wildwoods Tourism Improvement & Development Authority (GWTIDA) works hard to ensure that its visitors have plenty of exciting things to do during the fall months – also known as ‘The Wildwoods’ Second Season.’ GWTIDA promotes fall events as a means of filling its hotel rooms and restaurants during what would otherwise be a slower tourism season.
