Chef owned and operated, One Fish Two Fish opened in July of 2012. The owners, Ryan Allenbach and Brian Schroeder, keep their restaurant open year round. The doors open at 4pm and they do not close until their last customer of the night leaves. Allenbach states, “Here, you can find food that is cooked from scratch using fresh, local and in-season ingredients”. If you are not interested in seafood there is still plenty for you to enjoy, such as the grilled chicken served with dirty rice and roasted garlic spinach.
