The Hooters, who played to a sold-out Music Pier in their Ocean City debut last July, will return this summer for two concerts on June 19 and June 20. The band burst onto the Philadelphia and Jersey Shore music scene in 1980 with hits like “And We Danced” and “All You Zombies.” Their songwriting led to fellow artists’ hits like “Time After Time” (Cyndi Lauper) and “One Of Us” (Joan Osborne). Tickets are now on sale, and cost $59 and $75.
Tickets are also on sale for an Aimee Mann concert on June 18 at the Music Pier, and cost $39 and $45. An acclaimed songwriter in her fourth decade of performing, Mann performs in Ocean City for the first time.
Bob Rose and BRE Entertainment have announced two other events in the 2018 Summer Concert Series at the Ocean City Music Pier. Tickets are on sale now for America on July 16, and cost $76 and $65, and for the Led Zeppelin tribute band Get the Led Out on June 25 and 26, and cost $45 and $39.50.
