Join us at Historic Cold Spring Village for Inventors and Makers Weekend, August 20th and 21st from 11:00 a.m. till 4 p.m. Stroll the clam-shelled lined paths and explore the unique items made by visiting makers-crafters, and artisans. Ben Franklin will be available to chat about his latest invention. Miss Prissy will speak about the introduction of ice cream in America. Children will be engaged through “The Great Inventors Scavenger Hunt.” Village interpreters will be on hand dressed in historical clothing to discuss and demonstrate the daily life of a rural South Jersey community of the Early American period.
