Enjoy the spirit of the holiday season in Sea Isle City during the third annual Holiday Stroll on Saturday, Dec. 8. Hosted by the Sea Isle City Chamber of Commerce and Revitalization, the event features holiday-themed activities for the entire family as well as store discounts and menu specials at participating businesses throughout town. Finish your holiday shopping with unique gifts from the many boutiques and shops in Sea Isle and enjoy lunch and dinner specials at participating restaurants.
“The Holiday Stroll is now in its third year and it is becoming another event that families look forward to,” says Chris Glancey, the Chamber president. “With several characters strolling town throughout the day and the variety of stores and restaurants offering sales and specials, the Holiday Stroll offers a chance for families to enjoy Sea Isle City in December while finishing up their holiday shopping. We hope everyone makes plans to join us this year for this family fun event.”
Families will have the chance to “stroll” throughout town and make ornaments, write letters to Santa, enjoy a hot chocolate bar and more. Don’t forget your camera: meet-and-greet opportunities with characters inspired by Spider-Man, Mickey Mouse, Mary Poppins and Sofia the First will be available as characters visit the participating locations from noon to 2 p.m. Santa will join the characters for added holiday fun to pose for photos and hear wish lists before heading back to the North Pole.
