On July 4, play children’s games on the lawn starting at 3 p.m. before the face painting and balloon sculptures begin at 4 p.m. Invite your friends and family to join you for the All-American Picnic and Carnival Games, starting at 5 p.m., or the Annual Lobster Bake Dinner, starting at 6:45 p.m. Enjoy a performance by the Congress Hall Festival Choir at 8 p.m. before the fireworks begin at dusk.
