About eight years ago, Cecilia decided to open a Gelateria next to Sal’s. She consulted her sister and brother-in-law, who have owned a Gelateria in Italy for over 40 years. They happily shared their recipes for homemade Gelato Artigianale with Cecilia, and Cecilia is constantly adding new Italian recipes to her impressive collection.
