Great Storm of 1962 – A History

The Great March Storm of 1962 devastated Sea Isle City and other communities along the East Coast of the United States. Sea Isle City Historical Society will host a public presentation that will focus on the events that unfolded during and following the infamous storm.

North Wildwood City Hall
A Catholic Mass service will take place at St. Ann Church of Notre Dame La Mer Parish at 10:00 a.m. The ceremony will begin on the front steps of North Wildwood City Hall, 9th & Atlantic Avenue, in North Wildwood beginning at 11:30 a.m. A festive parade will begin at the conclusion of the ceremony at 12:00 p.m. and proceeds north on Atlantic Avenue to Olde NJ Avenue.

Women’s Community Club of Cape May Luncheon & Party

Light refreshments are served at 12:30 pm and meeting will begin at 1pm.
