In the off-season, the Cape May Convention Hall transforms into a skating rink for all ages. Skate rentals are available. Through engaging activities, children will learn about red and white blood cells, platelets, and plasma, gaining insight into how these components work together to keep our bodies healthy. The challenge includes a hands-on experience by creating a “blood” slime, making the learning process exciting and memorable.

Cape May: Coming of Age in Cape May in the 50s and 60s

A presentation from a local author, Alan Macdonald. He was four years old when his parents moved to Erma from Philadelphia in 1955. The focus of his life was the ocean that surrounded him. He loved sailing and being on the water and grew up exploring the sounds in a small boat. Eventually he became president of the 4-H Boat Club. Alan had a “free-range” childhood with many humorous and not so humorous adventures

Belleplain – Full Moon Hike
Wednesday, Feb. 12 at 7 p.m.
Meet at the Park Office
This nighttime hike will take place under a the full “raccoon” moon and takes visitors through 2.5 miles of trails. Dogs are allowed on a leash. Red light only! Do not bring a standard flashlight!
