Enjoy Free Live Concerts at the Cape May Ferry Terminal

Cape May Ferry Concerts

Lewes Ferry and Lower Township officials have announced the return of the free public concert series this summer!  Beginning July 10 and continuing every Wednesday through July and August, the Cape May Ferry terminal lawn overlooking the Delaware Bay will host a series of eight free community concert events.  Every Wednesday concert will begin at 5:30 p.m. and conclude at 8:30 p.m.

“We are so excited to again host the summer concert series with our Lower Township friends,” said Heath Gehrke, Director of Ferry operations. “It’s always a great time when friends and families can come together to enjoy scenic views, listen to music, and have some fun.  The Ferry’s the place to be every Wednesday evening this summer and we hope you can join us for these electric events!”

Carry-in alcoholic beverages will not be permitted, but food and beverages can be purchased from the Ferry’s outdoor bar and grill “On the Rocks,” or inside the Cape May passenger terminal. It is recommended for guests attending to bring your own beach towel or lawn chair to relax on during the event and watch the sunset over the bay.
