Once again in the spirit of the season, our latest drink of the week is none other than “The Pumpkin Spice”, the brainchild of 5 West Pub bartender Tim Citrino. I had the good fortune of witnessing Tim at the tail end of the creative process, when he finally decided that Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur would give the cocktail that added sweetness to make it truly divine. What else gives this seasonal cocktail its delicious edge? Tim uses equal parts Pumpkin Spice Liqueur, brandy, Canton Ginger Liqueur, and Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur shaken to concoct a “Pumpkin Spice”. This blend is then poured over ice, served in a martini glass, and finished with a sprinkling of cinnamon.
