This week’s bartender of the week is a Mayfair native who has been in Wildwood for 20 years. Meet the bartender of the Week, Jessica DeJoseph at Dogtooth Bar & Grill!
Jess has worked at the Dogtooth for nine years and continues to enjoy going to work every day! She got her start at another Wildwood restaurant the Wharf, as a bartender where for ten years.
Jess loves meeting and talking to different types of people at work and enjoys the variety that comes with her job. The Dogtooth has visitors from far and wide and she enjoys having conversations with customers old and new.
Jess’s favorite part about being down the shore is going to the beach and enjoying all the nature that the shore has to offer. Outside of work, Jess enjoys going to the beach, being with friends, and spending time with her niece and nephew!
Jess’s favorite drink at the Dogtooth is the Kona Cocktail. It’s 23 ounces of rum, vodka, liqueurs, Sprite, and Red Bull. The best part is you get to keep the glass!
The drink of the week is the Dogtooth’s Flavio, named after their barback, who Jess says is the hardest working guy down the shore. Since he loves tequila, the drink is made with tequila, pineapple juice, club soda and lime. The Flavio is very popular, and for good reason. The Dogtooth’s Flavio is a great summer drink that should be high up on your summer bucket list.
