Happy (almost) holidays! This week, we bring you the perfect Irish drink from one of our County’s premiere Irish pubs as our winning cocktail. One of these is sure to keep you warm on the upcoming cold, winter nights. The Westy’s Irish Coffee, made so masterfully for us by bartender “Princess” a.k.a. Lisa, is one of their classics. It starts with a cup of fresh, hot coffee and is then spiked with Jameson, topped with whipped cream, and finished with Crème de Menthe. This sweet, minty liqueur gives the Irish Coffee its kelly green tint.
