This week we headed to North Wildwood to visit one of the oldest taverns on the Island. Casey’s on Third, located at the corner of 3rd and New York Avenues is a great Irish Pub that boasts a fun atmosphere as well as fresh, well-prepared food and delicious drinks. When entering the bar we were greeted by bartender Kathy who whipped us up one of Casey’s summer drinks. This particular drink, known as the “High Dive” is a layering of Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice and Club Soda. It is served in a mason jar and garnished with cherries, lime and a lemon. The colorful cocktail is sure to give you a much needed break from the summer heat!
Casey’s on Third is open seven days a week from 11 a.m. Stop by on Thursdays in summer to enjoy the sounds of the Sindi Raymond Band, on Sundays for Sloppy Sunday’s Karaoke in July and August or for Video Quizzo every Monday with DJ Rich.
