Crushes are a fan-favorite drink, but at Ship n’ Shore, they have multiple takes on the classic summertime cocktail. Bartender Christine made two options to choose from: an orange crush and a grapefruit crush. For the orange crush, Christine combined fresh “crushed” orange juice, blood orange vodka, triple sec, and club soda in a cup over ice. For the grapefruit crush, she swapped out the OJ for fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice and added grapefruit vodka in place of orange vodka. She garnished each cup with an orange and a grapefruit, respectively, and they were ready to be served!
