This week’s winning cocktail is as cool as it is delicious. Dogtooth Bar & Grill, with its chill atmosphere and eclectic fare, is a favorite hangout of local surfer-types and visiting families alike. It is here that the “Cool Blue” was conceived. Concocted with rum, blue curacao, and lemonade, the Cool Blue is what we would call an “easy drink”. Though its alcoholic flavors are no doubt present, the lemonade’s sweetness perfectly disguises them. Be careful not to suck down the refreshing Cool Blue too quickly…you’ll definitely want a second!
