Cape May County Library – Autumn Painted Gourds

Come out and enjoy creating an elegant fall gourd centerpiece. Gourds come in a variety of shapes and make excellent centerpieces. The background will be gold with fall leaves. Cape May County Library – Mosaic Candle Holder
Monday, November 16 at 2 p.m.

Create a colorful stained glass candleholder that will come to life when combined with a lit tea candle. Using the direct method of mosaic we will attach colored glass to a clear glass candleholder. The first week of the two week workshop, we will design and glue. The second week we will grout and finish. At the end of the workshop, participants will have a beautiful and functional work of art to take home with them. Price is $10 dollars; pre-registration required. Harborside Chats

The Nature Center’s very popular Harborside Chats are held on Tuesday evenings beginning at 6 p.m. in the Charlotte Todd Education Hall which is situated at the corner of Delaware Avenue and Brooklyn on the Nature Center campus.
