The Cape May County Park and Zoo is proud to announce a free summer concert series in the Park. Join us Wednesday, June 26, July 17 and August 14 at 6:30 p.m. for special evenings out, relaxing on the lawn in front of the Bandstand at the Park. The Cape Shore Jazz Orchestra presents “If I Could Talk to the Animals” at the Cape May County Zoo, Wednesday, June 26. Join us for a free evening of Big Band Jazz Orchestras with Maryanne Franz and a special performance by Tommy Coniglio.

The festival will include a variety of free family activities, live entertainment, nature displays and the chance to pet a menagerie of exotic animals. The Philadelphia Flyers annual excursion to the Jersey Shore is scheduled for Thursday, June 27 from 1-3 p.m. at Stone Harbor Elementary School. The autograph session is $10. This family-friendly event in Stone Harbor welcomes all Flyers prospects and fans! Then head over to 95th Street Beach to play beach volleyball from 3:30-5:30 p.m.

Watch the Beach Blast Soccer Tournament on the Wildwood Beaches on Saturday, June 29 and Sunday, June 30. There will be games for both youth teams and adult teams. U.S. Coast Guard Sunset Parade

The public is welcome to visit TRACEN for the Independence Day Sunset Parade, which will be a colorful, inspiring military ceremony featuring the Recruit Precision Drill Team, marching troops, and cannon fire. Gates open at 7 p.m., guests must be seated by 7:40 p.m. and the parade will start around 7:55 p.m. Admission is free. Visitors should expect increased security screening for the event, and guests are not permitted to bring bags of any kind to the seating area.
