Dance Xplosion National Dance Competition Finals return to the Wildwoods Convention Center July 8-13. Dancers from all over the country will compete for cash and prizes during the six-day event set to feature solos, duets, trios, small groups, large groups, lines and productions, performed by dancers of various skill levels ranging from amateur to experienced. Sea Isle City Beach Patrol 100th Anniversary Celebration

Join the Sea Isle City Beach Patrol as they celebrate this very important milestone: their 100th Anniversary. The day’s festivities will include a Mass in honor of deceased SICBP Lifeguards at Saint Joseph Catholic Church at 8 a.m.; a parade along the Promenade at 10:45 a.m.;  the Centennial Ceremony at the Beach Patrol Headquarters at 11:15 a.m.; a Row-Out Ceremony at 43rd Street Beach, featuring speeches by dignitaries, bagpipers, surfboat crews rowing out flowers for deceased SICBP members and a boat for all guards that served in the military, followed by a Gun Salute from a Military Honor Guard at 12 p.m.; and the Beach Patrol Open House from 1-5 p.m. This all-day event is FREE to attend. 10th Annual Wildwood Cornhole Tournament

The popular parking lot game returns to the Wildwoods beach for the 10th Annual Wildwood Cornhole Tournament on Saturday, July 13 and Sunday, July 14. Saturday’s tournament will begin at 11 a.m. Registration is $25 per team and all ages are welcome. Sunday’s tournament will begin with a mandatory meeting at 10 a.m. Registration for Sunday is $45 per team ($50 day-of), and all players must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
