This presentation by Ted Bryan explains the impact of immigration on those who lived during the Victorian era. Learn why immigrants chose to come to America and how they shaped the country. Come sample local soups and see which Church has the best soup. Local Praise and Worship bands will provide entertainment. Local cooks can enter soups for the competition. The winner will not only get bragging rights but will also receive the annual trophy to display at their church for the year. New Orleans Art Exhibit at Jessie Creek Gallery

The Gallery at Jessie Creek is exhibiting watercolors celebrating the city of New Orleans through the month of February. Grayce DeNoia Bochak is the featured artist. Grayce keeps a private studio in Cape May County as well as Pirate’s Alley, French Quarter. An Opening Reception will be held Sunday, Feb. 3, 2019 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Open to the public, a complimentary sample of featured wine & wine cake will be served at this event.
