MAC’s Lunch & Learn: Big Bands and Their Marvelous Singers

Meet other curious learners during this winter’s Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts & Humanities by MAC Lunch & Learn series. The first Lunch & Learn will focus on Big Bands and Their Marvelous Singers, which gives a look and listen at the swinging sounds and vocalists who made the Big Band Era what we love and remember. The presenter is Rich Chiemingo. These events are free for MAC members and $5 for non-members. Bring a brown lunch with you; beverages and light desserts will be provided. Roller Skating at Convention Hall

Get ready to roll at Cape May Convention Hall with winter roller skating! Guests may bring their own standard or in-line skates or they can rent them from our facility. Admission fee for Open Skate is $5 per person. Skate rental is $2 for traditional skates and $4 for in-line skates. Admission for non-skaters during Open Skate is $2. Skaters can take a break from the rink and enjoy soft drinks, water, and light snacks at the concession stand. Attention all dog lovers! Four-legged friends of all shapes and sizes will return to the Wildwoods Convention Center for the annual All Breed Dog Show on Jan. 18 and 19. Competitions begin at 8:30 a.m. daily until 6 p.m. Tickets will be available at the door the day of the event.
