Bay-Atlantic Symphony Concert

Fourth of July Beach ‘N Boardwalk Patriotic 5K Run & 1 Mile Family Walk
Monday, July 4 at 8 a.m.
Wildwoods Convention Center, 4501 Boardwalk, Wildwood
Registration begins at 8 a.m. Race starts at 9 a.m. The 5K Fun Run will begin at the Wildwoods Sign and travel north to the Wildwoods Convention Center and then down the boardwalk extension to the beach. The route will run south and continue on the hard packed sand to Primrose Avenue in Wildwood Crest, looping back to the Wildwoods Convention Center for the completion of the race. The 1 Mile Walk will go down the Wildwoods Boardwalk to Cresse Avenue and back to the Wildwoods Convention Center. Medals will be presented to the top five male and the top five female finishers. All funds raised from this event will be used to help maintain the Wildwoods Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall. Rain or shine. $25 for adults; $10 for students 18 and younger. The festival will be dedicating 10% of profits to veterans through a variety of organizations including Operation First Response, The Michael Strange Foundation, The Wildwood American Legion, and The Wildwood Vietnam Vets. All of this is topped off with one of the most iconic artists in the Country music world, Tim McGraw, with opening act Hunter Hayes. Maggie Rose and Shot of Southern are also scheduled to perform.
