Dish of the Week: Beach Plum Farm Ham Croquettes

Jeremy Einhorn, Executive Chef for The Blue Pig Tavern, has created the perfect night out for friends and loved ones to share. Being a Chef was not always in the plan for Einhorn. He has a degree in Public Relations and Interpersonal Communications. After not finding a satisfying career in that field Einhorn made the switch to culinary after he found a passion in food.

Einhorn created small plate options that are easily sharable amongst friends and family. Our dish of the week is the Beach Plum Farm Ham Croquettes. These croquettes are served with Saffron Aioli, Grana Padana and Crispy Ham. This unique dish is one of the many small plate options available.
