AVALON —Shop-A-Holics Weekend kicks off the lineup of 2018 events in Avalon March 8-10 at the Princeton and the Whitebrier. Featuring designers, deals and drinks, the festivities kick off on March 8 with the Thursday night preview party from 4 to 9 p.m., and continue Friday night from 4 to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The event, hosted by the 7 Mile Business Community Association (7MBCA), offers shoppers two indoor venues with a variety of Avalon and Stone Harbor shops represented.
Throughout the weekend, the Princeton and the Whitebrier will serve drink specials and a small-plates menu so you can sip, snack and shop your way through each boutique and business. With more than 30 participating stores, there is something for everyone. Coffee Talk will be serving coffee and pastries and there will be drink and food specials throughout the event.
Monetary donations will be accepted for this year’s beneficiary, Friend In Need. The organization was created to help those who are in need in Cape May County.
Think warm thoughts this winter and enjoy some retail therapy to curb those winter blues during Shop-A-Holics Weekend. The Princeton Bar & Grill is located at 2008 Dune Dr. and the Whitebrier is at 260 20th St.
The event is supported in part by a grant from the NJ Department of State, Division of Travel and Tourism.
