Congress Hall is the place to be every Monday night this summer. The Lawn transforms into a carnival festival with booths, carnival hosts, games for all ages, face painting, balloon twisting, food, treats and more! Snack on some popcorn while playing skee ball. Chow down on yummy hot dogs while taking part in a pig race. You can even take a train ride on our Congress Hall Express. The whole family is invited to take part! Carnival takes place from 5:30 to 9 p.m. every Monday through Aug. 27.
