The arts are alive and well in Cape May County this holiday season as the Cape Regional Foundation once again presents a special fundraising concert that will bring world-renowned performers to the stage of The Performing Arts Center of Middle Township.

“The Sounds of Christmas: A Holiday Concert” will be held on Sunday, Dec. 8, at 6 p.m. as a Cape Regional Foundation benefit to support surgical services at Cape Regional Health System.

The concert, now in its 19th season, has become a local holiday tradition. “The caliber of talent this year is incredible and we are excited to give back to the residents and visitors of Cape May County by presenting an evening of exceptional music backed by a full orchestra, unique and special in so many ways to our area,” says Mark David Boberick, a Wildwood designer and Foundation Board member who is co-producing the event.

“Proceeds from this holiday concert will support our ‘Building a Healthier Tomorrow’ Capital Campaign and the construction of the Claire C. Brodesser Surgery Center,” stated Joanne Carrocino, FACHE, President & CEO of Cape Regional Health System.  “We anticipate a Summer 2020 grand opening of our state-of-the-art surgery center as we continue to provide you, your family, and our neighbors with the highest quality healthcare.”

This year’s concert features double platinum recording artist and American Idol finalist, Haley Reinhart, America’s Got Talent winner, Landau Eugene Murphy Jr., Dave Damiani and the No Vacancy Orchestra, and a special appearance by Miss New Jersey finalist, Alyssa Sullivan.

Tickets are $35 in advance, $40 at the door and may be purchased at www.caperegional.com or at the PAC box office. For more information, call the box office at 609-463-1924.
