Emlen Physick Estate Tour: Enjoy this entertaining and educational guided tour of Cape May’s only Victorian house museum, the 1879 Emlen Physick Estate at 1048 Washington St., with the house tour theme for 2017-18, “Let’s Go Shopping! Victorian Consumer Culture,” Saturday, Feb. 3 at 1:45 p.m. $12 for adults, $8 for children (ages 3-12).

Combination Trolley/Physick Estate Tours: Enjoy a guided trolley tour of Cape May’s Historic District, followed by a guided tour of Cape May’s only Victorian house museum, the Emlen Physick Estate, 1048 Washington St., with the house tour theme for 2017-18, “Let’s Go Shopping! Victorian Consumer Culture.” Tours begin and end at the Washington Street Mall Information Booth, Washington Street Mall at Ocean Street. Lunch & Learn “Classic Movies and Their Stars of Yesteryear”: Bring a bag lunch and hear talks on popular topics of history, culture and the arts during weekly Lunch & Learn presentations every Wednesday at noon at the Cape May United Methodist Church, 635 Washington St., Cape May. Wednesday, Feb. 7 – “Classic Movies and Their Stars of Yesteryear,” with Alex Breve. Admission is free for MAC members and $5 for non-members, and includes beverages.

An Evening of Burlesque with the Vintage Vixens of Valentines: Enjoy a variety of entertainment centered around love as The Salty Sirens put a sassy spin on the history of Valentine’s Day. You’ll have a fun-¬filled trip back in time to a period when entertainment was theatrical, sassy, and teased the imagination. Experience this modern take on classic burlesque, rooted in Victorian vaudeville. Food and beverages available for purchase. Wednesday, Feb. 14 at 8 p.m. at Elaine’s Dinner Theater, 513 Lafayette St. Cocktails at 7 p.m. Admission is $30 and advance reservations are required. For mature audiences. Feb. 17

Cape May Wine Trail: Spend an afternoon visiting Cape May County’s wineries and sampling the unique flavors of each. Travel via trolley to Willow Creek Winery where you’ll enjoy tastings, a brief tour and lunch. You’ll also travel to Natali Vineyards for tastings there with cheese and crackers and receive a souvenir glass. Admission is $75. Saturday, Feb. 17, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Chocolate Lovers Feast at The Blue Rose Inn: Chocolate lovers unite! You’ll savor seven plated courses of chocolate desserts and hear how each was created from the chef who prepared it at The Blue Rose Inn on Saturday, Feb. 17 at 1 p.m. Admission is $40.

Friends of the World War II Tower present “50 Years Later: 1968 and the Vietnam War – Lessons from the Barbary Wars applied to Vietnam”: The year 1968 was pivotal in both Vietnamese and United States history. Learn about these changes in this lecture series. marking this anniversary. Saturday, Feb. 17 at 1 p.m. Cape May Lutheran Church, 509 Pittsburgh Ave. Admission is $5 at the door. Ghosts of Cape May Trolley Tour: Board a MAC trolley tour for a 30-minute evening ride through the streets of Cape May. The paranormal findings of ghost writer Craig McManus come alive as your guide translates McManus’ stories. Offered Saturday, Feb. 17 at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. $12 for adults, $8 for children (ages 3-12).

Feb. 17-18

Crafts and Collectibles in Winter: The region’s most sought-after collectibles dealers and craftspeople come together for a two-day show featuring an array of handmade items, jewelry, glassware and more. 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 17 and Sunday, Feb. 18. Cape May Convention Hall, Beach Avenue at Stockton Place. Admission is $2.

Physick Estate Self-guided Tour: Spend time exploring the rooms and collections of the Physick House Museum at your own pace, with knowledgeable interpreters and volunteers to answer questions. In some rooms you will meet a member of the Physick family or domestic staff, who will discuss the “hows and whys” of the objects found there. Saturday, Feb. 17 and Sunday, Feb. 18 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is $12 for adults, $8 for children (ages 3-12).

Feb. 17-19

Cape May Lighthouse, Oil House and Museum Shop: Reopens for the season. 1859 structure with 199 steps to watch gallery for a panoramic view of the Jersey Cape and Atlantic Ocean. For those who choose not to climb, the Oil House contains a fully-accessible Visitors’ Orientation Center and a Museum Shop stocked with maritime accessories and lighthouse memorabilia. Open noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, Sunday, Feb. 18 and Monday, Feb. 19. Cape May Point State Park, Lower Township. Admission to the Visitors’ Orientation Center and the ground floor of the Lighthouse is free. Tower admission is $8 for adults, $5 for children (ages 3-12).

Feb. 18

Lunch & Learn at Lucky Bones – “Classic Movies of Yesteryear and Their Stars”: Explore the Golden Age of the American film industry with Alex Breve via this sight and sound presentation of the classic studios, stars and films of the era. Hollywood became the movie capital of the world as dream factories cranked out films and turned actors into stars. Included will be a short history of film industry and the major and minor studios of the era. Clips from classic films will highlight stars such as Bette Davis, Humphrey Bogart and John Wayne. Saturday, Saturday, Feb. 24 at noon. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. Lucky Bones Restaurant, 1200 Route 109, Cape May. Admission is $10 and includes lecture. Lunch may be purchased separately.
