Cape May Brewing Company Kicks off July with Tap Takeovers, Trivia Nights, and Festivals

On Saturday July 4 from 6-10pm is Cape May Brewing Company’s Fourth Anniversary Bash at Cabanas, where 12 CMBC beers will be on tap, including two one-off brews. Expect live entertainment, and free tee-shirts given out to those who kick kegs. Plus, there’s a killer view of the fireworks.

On Monday July 6 from 7-9pm will be a tap takeover at Stone Harbor’s newest establishment, The Watering Hull. Four CMBC beers will be available, including Coastal Evacuation, Escape the Cape Pale Ale, Devil’s Reach and the The Bog Cranberry Shandy. Sip to a soundtrack of live music, and enjoy the surf-chic vibes.

On Friday July 10 from 6-11pm is Firkin Friday at Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill in Atlantic City. Drink from a cask of unfiltered ale tapped with a wooden mallet at the bar, and see why Ramsay himself calls CMBC beer “beautiful.”

On Saturday July 11 from noon to 8pm, is Barefoot Beer Fest, a “craft beer beach party” featuring over 50 local and regional craft breweries, including CMBC, right on beautiful Diamond Beach. Expect live music from George Pollis as well as The Flamin’ Caucasians. Pours are unlimited. Tickets start at $40. To purchase, visit barefootbeerfest.com.

On Monday July 13 from 7-9pm will be a beer trivia event at Wildwood’s Flow House. Not a fan of Quizzo? An artificial wave is just as much “skill” as it is “thrill.” See if you can hang for longer than a brewery staff member, while sampling from four CMBC brews. (Okay, maybe ride the wave before drinking the beer.)
