Have unused or old electronics laying around? Donate them to 4-H! The Cape May County 4-H Foundation, Inc. is collecting all types of electronic items as part of their electronic recycling fundraising program.
The public is invited to bring your E-Waste to the Lockwood 4-H Youth Center, on the 4-H Fairgrounds, 355 Court House-South Dennis Road, Court House, on the 4th Saturday of each month from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The next drop-off day is Saturday, April 26, 2025.
“The 4-H Foundation is excited to offer this free, drop-off service to the residents of Cape May County,” said Lisa McVey, 4-H Foundation Chair. “We are excited by the response so far this year and remind everyone that we continue to accept anything with a cord, including large appliances but no plastic vacuums or loose batteries,” added McVey. Large items should be brought to the brown garage at the back of the 4-H Fairgrounds.
Profits from this program benefit the 4-H Youth Development Program.
