CAPE MAY – Congress Hall’s hip underground music club is turning up the heat with the addition of classic wood-fired pizzas and chillin’ with cold draft beer – the perfect compliments to a great night out! Chef de Cuisine of the Boiler Room, Dylan Rutherford, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and a Cape May County native, has created six signature varieties of pizzas, which are a blend of Neapolitan and New York styles. The sauces are all homemade and topped with the freshest ingredients from Cape Resorts’ own Beach Plum Farm. The menu also includes two fresh salads. The Boiler Room is excited to offer a variety of draft beers, including some local brews. Currently on tap: Cape May Brewery’s Coastal Evacuation, Blue Pig Tavern Ale, Warsteiner Pilsner, Allagash White, 60 Minute IPA and Miller Lite.
Pizzas are available nightly during the summer season and on weekends throughout the year, from 5 pm-1 am. Live entertainment begins at 10 pm Fridays and Saturdays.
