This week, we’re featuring two bartenders from Harbor View Restaurant, Aurora and Morgan!
Aurora
Aurora grew up in Cape May County, moving from Cape May Court House to Cape May and has worked at the marina since 1994. She started at the restaurant in 2004 as a waitress, then started bartending when a bartender called out at the last minute. Luckily, she picked bartending up quickly and never looked back! The best part about her job is the people she works with and her regular customers. If you’re looking for a drink or food recommendation, Aurora suggests the short rib sandwich with a refreshing watermelon cucumber lime crush.
Morgan
Morgan was born and raised in Cape May and has worked at Harbor View for only two weeks! She grew up in the restaurant industry and began serving, but this is her second season as a bartender in Cape May. Her favorite part of the job is meeting new people, which she’ll do a lot in her new job! If you’re looking for a drink or food recommendation, Morgan suggests a grapefruit crush with the Cape May steamer – a Harbor View classic.
