In this week’s search for the top area mixologist we headed to North Wildwood and dropped by Westy’s Irish Pub, home to delicious dinner and great live entertainment. We started at the inside, downstairs bar where we met Frankie, who quickly became this week’s Bartender of the Week. This friendly and outgoing character is no stranger to the Wildwood nightlife scene; having worked at multiple night life spots around town, Frankie has been a bartender for seven years, most recently at Westy’s where he generally works at the upstairs ocean view bar.
Hailing from Northeast Philadelphia, Frankie spends his time in the off-season as a Real Estate Agent and bartender in Palmyra, NJ. When he isn’t bartending at Westy’s, he enjoys going to the beach, being outside and enjoying time with his friends on the Island. When asked for his recommendation for a cool drink, he suggested the Peachy Palmer, a mix of iced tea vodka, splash of peach schnapps and lemonade.
