What you may not know is they also have a large staff of extremely friendly and helpful people that are experts in what they do. For our Bartender of the Week we decided to honor veteran bartender, Bobby Dee from The Bay Club, a true veteran of his craft as he has been bartending since the age of 18. Hailing from South Philadelphia, Bobby Dee not only bartends but is also a skilled singer-songwriter.
According to Bobby, his favorite part about bartending is interacting with the customers, which he says also comes into play when he is performing. When asked for a drink recommendation, Bobby quickly suggested the Grapefruit Crush featuring Deep Eddy Grapefruit Vodka, Fresh Grapefruit, Grenadine and a splash of lime.
