If you head upstairs at Joe’s Fish Co., you’ll find fresh seafood, local craft beer, signature cocktails, live music and exciting views of the action on Surfside Pier. If you take a look behind the bar, you’ll also find our bartender of the week, Johnny Margs.
Born and raised in North Wildwood, Johnny is celebrating his first summer working at Joe’s. He first got into bartending at his previous job, where he started as a bar-back at 16 and worked his way up to bartender by the time he was 18. Thanks to his best friend, Jordan Morey, you can now find Johnny serving up drinks at Joe’s lively second floor bar. When he isn’t working, Johnny enjoys surfing and Tubin’ Tuesdays at the bay.
Johnny’s favorite drink at Joe’s is the Johnny Marg, a classic lime margarita inspired by one of Wildwood’s favorite bartenders. Come visit Johnny and try his favorite drink while taking in the sights and sounds of the Wildwoods! Enjoy live entertainment daily from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m., and on Friday nights, witness the perfect view of Wildwood’s spectacular fireworks display. Joe’s is open daily for sips and seafood from 1 p.m. to 12 a.m. Monday through Thursday, and 12 p.m. to 12 a.m. Friday through Sunday. Joe’s now offers validated parking, so you can park your car at the corner of Juniper and Ocean, and park yourself at Joe’s!
