RIO GRANDE – 7 Mile Brewery, LLC is pleased to announce the grand opening of the new craft brewery on Saturday, September 3 at 12 p.m. The public is welcome. 7 Mile Brewery is the newest craft beer company in Cape May County. The brewery is co-founded by Pete Beyda of Stone Harbor and Chris Collett of Cape May Court House. After nearly one year in planning, the brewery boasts a 5,000 barrel annual production capacity (a barrel is 31 gallons or 248 pints of beer) and over 2,000 sq. feet of first class tasting room space. The brewery’s production tour demonstrates a complete grain to glass experience – you will know exactly where your beer comes from. The brewery plans on having over 100 barrels of beer ready for the grand opening. Each signature beer will have its own style and character, each chosen to fit the many tastes of the community.
7 Mile Brewery will be open year round from 12 to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 12 to 6 p.m. on Sundays. Pints and tasting flights will be available in the tasting room, along with growlers and 1/4 kegs for home enjoyment. 7 Mile Brewery will also have distribution in many local bars and restaurants in Cape May County.
There will be prizes and gifts for the first 100 patrons who visit the grand opening. Please stop by and join this opening event! Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards are accepted. 7 Mile Brewery is located at 3156 Route 9 S., Rio Grande.
