1. Ocean City High School Drama Guild Presents ‘Bye Bye Birdie!’

Ocean City High School (OCHS) Drama Guild proudly presents “Bye Bye Birdie!” at the high school’s Hughes Performing Arts Center. A classic among American High School Productions, “Bye Bye Birdie!” is a Tony award-winning musical, which first appeared on Broadway in 1963. Over 100 OCHS students are involved in the production, including the cast, stage crew, tech crew, set design, marketing and make-up. Show times are Thursday, March 30 and Friday, March 31 at 7 p.m., and Saturday, April 1 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for students and seniors. 2. Girls Weekend

It’s time to put yourself first! Girls Weekend in Downtown Ocean City begins at 7 p.m. on Friday, March 31 with a Fashion Show featuring men’s and women’s clothing available in local stores. Hollywood icons Billy Dee Williams and Seth Gilliam will be special guests at the OC-Con Comic Convention on April 1 and 2. OC-Con features meet-the-artist sessions, discussion panels, costume contests, a superhero run, and the display and sale of comic books and memorabilia. 4. Wildlife Gardening Workshops with Pat Sutton

Nobody better understands the connection between gardening for wildlife and the use of native plants than Pat Sutton. This workshop focuses on landscape design with wildlife in mind. The workshop is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cost for the workshop is $40 for NJ Audubon members and $50 for nonmembers. Please note that there is a 20 participant limit.
