2. 2017 Earth Day Celebration & 5K Run

The Annual Cape May County Earth Day Fair is more than just a day in the park! Set for Saturday, April 22 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., the day will start off with a bang with a 5K Earth Day Race and 1 Mile Fun Run. Certificates will be awarded for the top three finishers in each age group in both male and female divisions. T-shirts will also be handed out to the first 150 participants. The pre-registration donation of $20, or $25 the day of the race, will benefit the Cape May County Park & Zoo Trust Fund. In addition to the race, live music, children’s storytime, inflatable obstacle course & slide, an interactive drum circle, hands-on educational exhibits, free entertainment, naturalist hayride, food and crafts are all on the agenda. 3. Clean Ocean Action Beach Sweep

4. Cheerleading Competitions
Saturday, April 22 and Sunday, April 23 at 9 a.m.
Wildwoods Convention Center, 4501 Boardwalk, Wildwood
Spirit Brands will again host two highly spirited cheerleading competitions. The ECC Cheer Shore Show Down will take place on Saturday and the Beast of the East Cheerleading Competition will take place on Sunday. This entertaining and exciting event will include recreation, high school, college, open and all-star divisions. Competitions will be held 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily. 5. Spring Festival of Guaranteed American Handcrafts & Fine Art

Come to the Spring Festival of Guaranteed American Handcrafts & Fine Art from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the Ocean City Music Pier.
