1. Raminator Monster Truck Car Crush

The public is invited to join the folks at Kindle Auto Plaza for a car-crushing spectacle when the “Fastest Monster Truck in the World” makes a pit stop in Cape May Court House. The event features the giant 75’ long, 13’6” high branded tractor-trailer rig that announces Raminator, a Guinness World Record holding monster truck sponsored by the Ram Truck brand. The behemoth Raminator has been named Monster Truck Racing Association’s (MTRA) “Truck of the Year” a record eight times. 2. Harvest Crafts & Collectibles Show
Saturday, October 17 at 10 a.m.
Cape May Convention Hall, 714 Beach Ave., Cape May

The air might be chilly outside, but you’ll be comfortable inside the beautiful Cape May Convention Hall, Beach Ave. at Stockton Place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for the Harvest Crafts & Collectibles Show. Shop in comfort and browse among crafters and collectibles dealers from throughout the region who will display and sell their wares, including Verbena Designs of Vineland, NJ offering handmade sterling silver and gold-filled jewelry with crystals and pearls; Embellishments, Too, of Egg Harbor Township, NJ offering handcrafted theme pins and theme bracelets with original poetry; Debbie Rocks of Cape May Court House, NJ, offering miniature rock sculptures; LAMM Creations of Clarksboro, NJ with hand-designed jewelry, and much more. Admission is $2.

3. Boo at the Zoo
Saturday, October 17 at 10 a.m.
Cape May County Park & Zoo, 707 Route 9 North, Cape May Court House

The Cape May County Park & Zoo’s annual “Boo at the Zoo” event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sponsored by the Cape May County Board of Chosen Freeholder, this event is free and open to the public. Visitors of all ages are invited to wear a costume to this fun family event, which includes activities for the kids, games, candy, entertainment, animals, an inflatable obstacle course, a magic show and more. A Freeze Frame Costume Dance Contest will start at 11 a.m. An awards presentation will follow the Halloween costume contest. Registration for the contest begins at 10 a.m. A live animal show will start at 1 p.m. continuing on the hour and half hour. Be sure to visit the Zoo after the festivities! 4. Cape May Trick or Treat on the Mall & Halloween Parade
Sunday, October 18 at 12 p.m.
Washington Street Mall, 401 Washington St., Cape May

From 12 to 2 p.m., trick or treat for free! Following trick-or-treating is Cape May’s 32nd Halloween Parade beginning at 3 p.m. The parade route begins at Perry St. and Carpenter Ln., proceeds down Carpenter Ln. to Ocean St., travels down Washington St. and ends at the Emlen Physick Estate located at 1048 Washington St. Parade registration is free and begins at 1:30 p.m. on the corner of Perry St. and the Washington Street Mall. Divisions are as follows: 3 and under, 4-6, 7-9, 10-12, 13-17, 18 and older, Groups and Floats. Prizes will be awarded to all divisions at the conclusion of the parade at the Emlen Physick Estate. 5. Upper Township Family Fun Fall Festival
